Returns Policy
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days after delivery. At RGR, we aim to 'delight our customers' by offering high quality products and service such that you'll want to visit and buy from us again in the future. Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied.

Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be credited. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

* Note that the product must be returned in fully resaleable condition in original and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount, if this condition is not satisfied.
